Meet Adam O’Connor, the Chief Commercial Officer at Gear Inc, who leads international

sales strategies, drives revenue growth, and builds strategic partnerships. With over a

decade of experience in global sales, business development, and offshoring, he has helped organizations scale operations and optimize customer engagement across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.

Background:

Adam O’Connor joined Gear Inc as Chief Commercial Officer in June 2024. Before that, he spent a significant portion of his career (2011 to 2024) with Cloudstaff, where he held

several progressive leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Sales (America & Europe), Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Sales Director. This showcases a strong trajectory in sales and operational leadership.

He also previously worked in customer service and security at St John’s Westminster. Adam holds a BA (Hons) in Leadership and Management from The Open University, completed between 2010 and 2014.

● At Gear Inc, he leads commercial strategy and oversees international BPO operations across 25+ countries and 75+ languages, managing a workforce of over 6,000 people.
